1. Submit an Application & Registration Fee

2. Welcome Email & Consultation Scheduling
Within 24¨C48 hours, we¡¯ll send a welcome email and schedule a call to discuss your family¡¯s unique needs for a nanny or household staff.
3. Personalized Intake Call
On the intake call, you¡¯ll speak with a dedicated placement coordinator to review your specific needs in detail, the placement process, and legal pay requirements for household employees.
4. Client Agreement & Guarantee
We¡¯ll send over a client agreement outlining our placement terms, process, and one-time replacement guarantee for long-term placements. You¡¯ll review and sign this agreement electronically.
5. Custom Job Description Creation
Our team will draft a tailored job description based on your needs and send it to you for review. Once approved, we¡¯ll post the description and start the active search.
6. Sourcing Candidates
We review profiles from our database, which includes thousands of local candidates, and launch a customized recruitment strategy across our network, job boards, and social media to find your ideal candidate.
7. Candidate Profile Delivery
As we identify qualified nannies or household professionals, we¡¯ll email you detailed candidate profiles to review. These are sent on a rolling basis as suitable candidates become available.
8. Interview Coordination
Once you¡¯ve selected candidates to meet, we¡¯ll schedule Zoom and in-person interviews, or we can go straight to in-person interviews, depending on your preference.
9. Selecting Your New Nanny or Household Professional
After interviews, you¡¯ll notify us of the candidate you¡¯d like to move forward with and contingently offer the position to. This is contingent on your review of the references and background check
10. Extending the Offer
We present the offer to your selected nanny or domestic candidate on your behalf.
11. Background Check & References
Upon offer acceptance, we conduct the most comprehensive nationwide background check and provide a detailed reference report compiled from our direct calls to each reference. Families are encouraged to follow up with references as well.
12. Work Agreement Completion
We provide a customizable work agreement template, which includes key employment terms, expectations, and benefits. You may use this template or provide your own version. Once finalized, it¡¯s sent to the candidate for review and electronic signature.
13. Placement Fee Invoice
Once the work agreement is signed, your family will receive an invoice for the final placement fee.
14. Final Contact Exchange & Placement Completion
We exchange contact information between you and your new nanny or household professional. At this point, your placement is complete!

Every candidate begins by submitting an application and updated resum¨¦.
2. Submit Relevant Documents
Candidates provide all required documentation to move forward in the process.
3. Initial Pre-Screening Call
We conduct a brief phone interview to ensure the candidate meets our agency¡¯s standards and the unique needs of our clients.
4. In-Depth Interview
Qualified candidates are invited to a comprehensive one-on-one interview with a placement specialist. This helps us get to know each candidate¡¯s personality, background, and skill set. (We look for a minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry.)
5. Custom Candidate Profile
We create a personalized profile for each candidate to highlight their qualifications and strengths.
6. Professional Reference Checks
Our in-house team conducts detailed reference checks and prepares a full reference report. Once a family expresses interest in hiring a candidate, they receive this report and are encouraged to connect directly with the candidate¡¯s references.
7. Family Interviews
Candidates participate in virtual and/or in-person interviews with families who are interested in hiring them.
8. Certification Requirements
All candidates must be certified in CPR and First Aid before beginning a position. Many have advanced medical training, such as CNA, RN, EMT, or even retired MD credentials. We provide the candidate¡¯s info on recertification if needed.
9. Transportation & Driving Verification
Reliable, safe transportation is required. We verify each candidate¡¯s driver¡¯s license and driving record during the background check process.
10. Comprehensive Background Check
We run a national background check as close to hiring as possible to ensure the most up-to-date information.
This includes:
- County-by-county criminal checks
- Civil records
- Social Security verification
- National & state driving record checks
- Sex offender registry search
- Security watchlist screening
Optional drug and alcohol screening is available for an additional fee.
Candidates Work Directly for The Family
When a candidate is hired by a family, the family is always the direct employer of the candidate hired. The Agency never employs nannies or household candidates at any time; we are solely a placement agency. Nannies and Domestic candidates we place are required to be paid directly by the family legally, by W-2 payment. According to the domestic payment laws in the country, 1099s are illegal. The family is responsible for overseeing day to day employment, paying their employee legally, and paying all applicable taxes.
Continued Support
While we do not employ nannies or household candidates at any point, we do offer continued support. We are always available to provide support and guidance, as needed. This continued support is offered to all clients and candidates throughout the placement process and throughout the placement, whether the placement lasts one year or 12 years.
