Each family must fill out an application below and pay a registration fee of $350.

One-time placement fee paid at placement (paid once nanny is successfully hired): Each family pays 10% of the nanny’s annual salary, totaling 20%. Each long-term nanny share placement comes with a 12-month, one-time replacement search guarantee.

Hourly Pay for Nanny

Each family is responsible for paying 2/3rds of the nanny’s hourly pay rate.?

For example, if a nanny is hired and requires a rate of $30.00 an hour for a typical one-family nanny position.

Family one pays 2/3rds: $20.00 an hour?

Family two pays 2/3rds: $20.00 an hour

The nanny then makes $ 40.00 an hour for a nanny share placement.
